We usually ship the product within 3 to 7 working days after receiving the order.

Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer – There are no hidden costs.

Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only. For delivery required outside India, kindly contact us by clicking here.

Shipping for all orders above Rs. 1000 will be through India Post. Orders below Rs. 1000 will be shipped by India Post by default.

Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced by the FedEx will be shipped through India Post, irrespective of the order value, at the sole discretion of Heritager.in.

Shipping and Handling Costs for Books

A book may attract a shipping and handling charge which will be mentioned below the price in the book details page.

Depending upon serviceability of your pin code, all orders will be shipped by courier service. We prefer to ship by India Post

Shipping and Handling Costs for CDs

All CDs will be shipped by Delhivery, to PIN codes within the Delhivery network. Shipping and Handling cost is Rs. 55 per CD.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is presently not available for orders for books.

Tracking Number

After the dispatch of the shipment, the customer shall be communicated by email, a package tracking number and a link to track the package. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.

Period of Delivery

The normal period for FedEx delivery to is between 2 to 5 business days. However, Heritager.in does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as , Flight delays, remote locations, etc.

Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.

Exceptions to the above may be noted in the following cases :

Framed Paintings : Framing requires 3 to 5 business days, after which it will be shipped by Federal Express, as per our regular Policy, as stated above. All Framed articles will be sent duly insured, at no extra cost to the buyer.

Saris and Custom Tailored Garments: Blouse/Petticoat set for the saris, tailored to custom measurements, will require an extra 2 to 4 days for shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Heritager.in guarantees the quality of the products we offer. We also realize it is difficult, sometimes, to accurately judge a work of art from an image on a screen. We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return a work in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations.

Please contact Heritager.in within seven days of receipt of the item, at and specify the product code of the work to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

The refund or exchange is processed within 48 hours of our receiving back the item. The refund will be provided subject to receipt of the artwork in its original state.
